This is not just any cocoa. Our cocoa is grown using the Cabruca system (cocoa cultivation in the shade of forest trees), with biodynamic practices in the heart of the Atlantic Forest in southern Bahia.

In addition, cocoa nibs are rich in fiber, iron, chromium, manganese, zinc, copper, vitamin C, fatty acids, and omega-6.
